Backyard Design and Installation
     This residence in Bend's River Rim neighborhood had an unfinished backyard, with only a cement slab patio. Landmark Landscaping designed and installed a backyard perfect for year-round relaxation and dining, including a new paver patio, pergola, masonry dining and BBQ area, as well as a water feature.
 

Northwest Crossing Backyard Remodel
   This project was a complete remodel of a backyard in Northwest Crossing, on Bend's westside. We removed a concrete patio and replaced it with pavers, which are a much longer-lasting and attractive material in the Central Oregon climate. We also removed an existing lawn and replaced it with a water feature and native plantings to create a restful and lower maintenance atmosphere.
 
Low Maintenance Landscape Remodel/Xeriscape  
  The goal of this remodel project was to create a lower maintenance landscape by removing the existing lawn and replacing it with native, low water grasses and perennials. Water and chemical usage are greatly reduced with the new landscape, along with maintenance time spent mowing the previous lawn. Now an occasional sweep for weeds is all that is needed.


    
Hops/Climbing Rose Copper Trellis
   Artistically coiled copper trellises enhance the front columns of this Bend chalet-style home and provide support for the climbing hops and roses planted at the base of the columns. It looks great now, but we can't wait to see the final effect once the plants grow up the trellises!
